Vinyl Record Manufacturing Association (VRMA) Announces Newly Elected Board of Directors

Nashville, TN – April 14, 2026 — The Vinyl Record Manufacturing Association (VRMA) today announced the election of its new Board of Directors, bringing together a diverse group of industry leaders representing key sectors across the vinyl manufacturing ecosystem.

The newly elected board members are:

  • Dustin Blocker, Hand Drawn Pressing

  • Alex Cushing, Hand Drawn Pressing

  • Cam Sarrett, United Record Pressing

  • Yoli Mara, Welcome To 1979

  • Casey Gibson, Neotech

  • Vincent Slusarz Jr., Gotta Groove Record Pressing

  • Michael Greig Thomas, Echo Base

This new board reflects the continued growth and evolution of the vinyl record industry, with representation spanning pressing operations, technical services, and supply chain expertise.

“We’re excited to welcome this group of professionals to the VRMA Board,” said Dustin Blocker. “Each brings valuable experience and perspective at a time when the industry is focused on strengthening collaboration, improving technical standards, and building long-term value across the supply chain.”

As part of its forward strategy, VRMA will work closely with the new board to activate a series of industry working groups focused on key areas including mechanical operations, cutting and mastering, plating, technical specifications, and purchasing. These initiatives are designed to foster collaboration, address shared challenges, and develop practical solutions that benefit the broader vinyl manufacturing community.

VRMA also extends its sincere appreciation to outgoing board members Vince Slusarz Sr., Greg Schenoer, and Eric Astor for their leadership, dedication, and contributions to the organization. Their service has helped establish a strong foundation for continued growth and industry engagement.

The association will continue its efforts to expand membership and industry participation, with upcoming opportunities to connect at events including the Making Vinyl Conference in Alexandria, Virginia.
