  • Uphold ethical standards and transparency in decision-making.

2. Advocacy & Industry Representation

  • Serve as an ambassador for the VRMA Group and advocate for the interests of the vinyl record manufacturing industry.

  • Support public relations and marketing efforts to elevate the association’s profile.

  • Engage with policymakers, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to promote industry growth and sustainability.

3. Membership Engagement & Growth

  • Assist in recruiting and retaining members by demonstrating the association’s value.

  • Support initiatives that foster collaboration between industry members, suppliers, and partners.

  • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote VRMA.

4. Financial Oversight & Fundraising

  • Provide input on budgeting and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • A selection committee will review applications and nominate candidates for election.

  • Elections will be conducted according to the VRMA Group bylaws, with board terms beginning immediately after selection.
